Once signed up, you will have access to the help desk by just clicking the help link or menu option on your administrative page. You will have access to “Getting Started documents, Order of Events documents, Summary documents and Manuals”. You will have access to links that will easily download the latest version of our Conference Management System software (CMS).
We are available by e-mail or phone to support you before, during, and after your conference. We pride ourselves in a level of support unsurpassed by any other registration service. We will answer your concerns in a timely manner.
We will train you to successfully operate the on-line registration system and the on-site conference management system. We can make arrangements to be on site for your conference. Our goal is to make you and your conference a great success.
