If you are registering for the first time, click on the Register button.

Regular Registration will end on October 1, 2008. All registrations entered or changed after October 1, 2008 will be considered late registration. Registration will close on October 10, 2008. All permission forms, affiliations, and payment must be received(not postmarked) by October 10, 2008. There will be no onsite registration.

Regular Registration includes conference lanyard,and also includes Saturday breakfast and lunch.

Do not submit your registration until you are completely finished and have checked for errors.
