CONFERENCE GUIDE DIRECTIONS To start the registration process, or to make changes to an existing registration, click on the "Conference Registration" button in the left-hand menu. AFFILIATION AND ROSTERS You must be affiliated with TSA in order to register for State Leadership Conference unless you are a chaperone, guest, or support staff. Your username and password are your National TSA affiliation username and password. Your list of affiliated members will automatically populate when registering your chapter. That said, you may technically add students to your roster up until the time you submit registration. EVENT CHANGES AND SUBSTITUTIONS You can make changes to your registration as many times as you would like until registration closes on Jan. 30, 2024. Simply log back on, edit, and resubmit. After Jan. 30, 2024, you will need to contact the State Advisor to make any changes or substitutions, and you will be invoiced an additional $10 per event change or substitution. This includes, but is not limited to, adding events to students, editing teams, and substituting new students for those who are already registered and unable to attend. If you want to drop a student from an event or from your roster after the Jan. 30, 2024 deadline, notifying us of no-shows is helpful to our planning, however, no refunds will be granted.
