Key Dates

• Registration Opens: November 14, 2025

• Registration Closes: December 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

• Housing & Registration Payments Due: January 16, 2026 (hard deadline)

  • If a check cannot be received by this date, payment must be made digitally.

  • This deadline is set by the hotel and cannot be extended.

Competition & Registration Information

• Registration opens November 14 through the conference registration portal.

• Each student may register for up to two (2) competitive events total — any combination of:

  • 1 team + 1 individual

  • 2 individual events

  • 2 team events

• Open events do not count toward this limit and may be entered freely.
