AFTER THE CONFERENCE, WHEN SLC SCORE RESULTS ARE AVAILABLE
Advisors can log in to the BPA Conference Registration System to access your students' rankings, scores, and judges’ comments from the state conference this past weekend.
- Log in to this conference registration website.
- Click the “Conference Results” button.
- The next page shows the rankings and scores for all your students.
- To download judges' comments, click the “Download” button that says “Click here to download feedback from Judges” at the top of that page. This will generate a ZIP file for your students' judges' comments. Remember, not all judges wrote comments. If there are no comments, the PDF page will be blank at the bottom and will not have a “Judges' Comments” section.
HOW TO READ THE CONFERENCE RESULTS
-
Judges' Comments: Feedback from judges is available for download via a button labeled "Click here to download feedback from Judges."
-
Low Scores and Disqualification: A score of 0.1 or 1 without a place means the student participated but didn't earn any points.
-
Disqualification Details: If a student is marked "Disqualified" without a corresponding score, contact the state director for more information, especially if you did not receive prior notification of the disqualification. Also, if a student did not earn 50% of the possible points for the event, they are marked as disqualified.
-
Alternates: Students designated as "Alternate" for an event can only compete at the National Leadership Conference (NLC) if a qualified participant withdraws and the state director confirms their eligibility. Ignore the "Alternate" designation for Open Events.
-
Eligibility: If a student is not marked as an "Alternate," they are eligible to compete at the NLC.
