Did You Know? It is okay to press "Submit" every time you are ready to exit the registration system. Each time you click "Submit," your registration is saved and submitted.


Step-by-Step Registration Instructions

Step 1: Click "Registration" to the left of the screen. 

Step 2: Enter your login credentials. 

Username: FBLA Chapter Number
Password: tn + your school's 5-digit zip code (i.e. tn37804)

NOTE: National FBLA no longer uses chapter numbers in the new membership database. However, to view your former chapter number, login (here) and visit your Account > Organization Info tab. Your former chapter number is in the FBLA Organization ID field.

Step 3: Register your members.

  1. Click "Add New Name." 
  2. Type in the student's First Name and Last Name.
  3. Type in the student's FBLA Membership ID number.
  4. Select "Student" from the Participant Type drop-down menu.
  5. Select the student's gender.
  6. Select the student's grade.
  7. Indicate any special needs or accommodations needed for the student. (Leave “Special Needs” blank if no accommodations are needed.)
  8. Select the student's appropriate event.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Save."
  10. Repeat for each competitor.

Please be mindful of your spelling and capitalization. Whatever you type as a person’s name will be exactly how it’s printed on his/her name badge, the general session monitors and screens, score reports, scoresheets, and all other conference materials. (For example, “Steven Mitchell” is acceptable. “STEVEN MITCHELL” and “steven mitchell” are not acceptable.)

Step 4: Register additional advisers or chaperones.

  1. Click "Add New Name." 
  2. Type in the adviser's/chaperone's First Name and Last Name.
  3. Select "Adviser" or "Chaperone" from the Participant Type drop-down menu.
  4. Indicate any special needs or accommodations needed for the student. (Leave “Special Needs” blank if no accommodations are needed.)
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Save."
  6. Repeat for each adviser/chaperone.

Step 5: Register a school-site testing proctor:

  1. Click "Add Non-Student" once you are logged into this conference registration system. 
  2. Type in the proctor's First Name and Last Name.
  3. Select "School-Site Testing Proctor" from the Participant Type drop-down menu.
  4. Type in the proctor's email address. (Please verify the spelling before entering the email address.)
  5. Type in the proctor's phone number.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the "Save" button.

Step 6: Order your chapter’s Tennessee Aquarium tickets ($1.00/person), Tennessee Aquarium meals ($8.00/person), extra conference t-shirts ($10.00-$12.00/each), and/or extra state pins ($2.00/each) for additional costs. Also, make a donation toward Tennessee FBLA’s scholarships on behalf of your chapter.

  1. Click "Special Orders" beside one adviser's name. 
  2. Enter the total number of aquarium tickets for your chapter. 
  3. Enter the total number of aquarium meals for your chapter ($8.00 per meal).
  4. Enter the total number of extra state pins for your chapter.
  5. Enter the total number of extra t-shirts for your chapter.
  6. Enter the total amount of scholarship donations for your chapter.
  7. Click the “Save” button.

Step 7: Double-check your chapter's registration.

  1. Click "View Registration".
  2. Scroll down and click "View by Event" above the listing of individual names.
  3. Verify that each member has been registered for the correct event. 
  4. Click "Back to Registration."

Step 8: Submit your registration by clicking the "Submit" button.

Suggestion: Print this page and post it for your students to review and confirm their registered events.


If you have changes to make, simply log back into the registration system, make any changes/adjustments, and click "Submit" again. You can click "Submit" as many times as necessary until Monday, February 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT. Each time you click this button, you will receive an updated invoice in your inbox. Your chapter will be financially responsible for all attendees entered into the registration system as of 5:00 p.m. CT on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT.


Hotel reservations will be open from 8:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, February 22 through 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday, February 25, 2022.


All SLC competitive event testing must be conducted online at your local school prior to the state conference using the same testing procedures as the district conferences. Paper testing will not take place at the state conference. The SLC online testing window for all Tennessee FBLA chapters is February 22-24, 2022.


FBLA Night at the Tennessee Aquarium

  1. Aquarium tickets cost $1.00 per person. Please specify the total number of tickets your chapter needs under "Special Orders" for the lead adviser. (ENTRY WILL NOT BE GRANTED WITHOUT A TICKET.)
  2. If you would like to add chicken dinners from Zaxby's for your chapter during the FBLA Night at the Aquarium, please specify the total number your chapter needs under "Special Orders" for the lead adviser. All meals should be totaled under one advisor only. The chicken dinner is an additional $8.00 per person.
  3. Hours for the FBLA Night at the Aquarium will be 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

T-shirts, Pins, and Scholarships

  1. Every registered conference attendee will receive a t-shirt and state pin this year. 
  2. Additional pins may be purchased for $2.00 during registration for trading at NLC. 
  3. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $10.00-12.00 per shirt during registration. 
  4. Consider donating to the FBLA scholarship funds during this registration process.
  5. Scholarship donations, t-shirt orders, and pin orders can all be placed through the "Special Orders" link during registration.

REMINDER: Make sure you click "Submit" after each visit to this site to submit your chapter's information.
