Welcome to the Iowa State Leadership Conference Online Registration System. Please be sure to use your chapter ID and password from the national affiliation site. To begin, click on the "Registration" button. When finished registering, please print an invoice for processing at your school. You can view the invoice in the system by clicking "view registration". A copy of the invoice will also be emailed to the email address for the primary adviser. If you do not get an email with the invoice then you will want to click the submit registration button.

Please note: all students must be entered AND paid for in the affiliation system PRIOR to registering. 

INSTRUCTIONS: When registering another adult, in the "Add New Name" screen, please select "N/A" when asked for "Grade Level," and select "Not Competing" when asked for "Level." When registering your students, all information is pulled from the national affiliation portal. Errors must be corrected in the national affiliation portal.

You may continue to add, modify or change registration until the registration deadline of February 27, 2026 at 11:59pm. At that time registration will be locked and you will need to contact the Executive Director to make changes to your registration.

• Registrations are transferable to another student of the same FCCLA chapter or school up to 7 calendar days prior to the event start date.
• 31+ calendar days in advance of event 100% refund of registration paid or credit/adjustment to invoice, if unpaid.
• 50%refund/credit/adjustment to invoice for 16-30 calendar days prior to event starting date.
• No refunds within 15 calendar days of the starting date of the event, full registration is owed.

Additions will be permitted as space allows, and a conference shirt cannot be guaranteed after February 27th.

Regular Registration (student/adviser/guest/chaperone): $120

Collegiate members/FCS Program Future Advisers: $60

• Regular registration includes a t-shirt and one (1) meal
• Regular registration (for students) includes either one (1) STAR event entry or one (1) Iowa event entry
  • Additional Iowa Events may be added for $10 per student per entry
  • NEW for 2026 for how to register for multiple events per student.  In hopes to simplify this process for during the day of the event management and scheduling - each student is allowed to be added to 2 events, it is your responsibility as the advisor to make sure that it is for only one STAR event and only one Iowa event OR two Iowa Events.  If you select two STAR events they will only be allowed to participate in one at SLC.  Once you have everyone registered for events you will need to total up those that have two events and then select that quantity in the section of registration that says 'Additional Iowa Events' it's in the same place to add on additional T-shirts. We will be double checking these and updating accordingly if this is missed. 

Final payment due: March 22, 2026

CHAPTER ATTENDANCE:  There are no quotas for chapter attendance for the 2026 State Leadership Conference.  Chapters should choose delegates based upon interest in FCCLA and the student’s ability to be a positive representative of the school and chapter. Any chapter with delegates in attendance must have at least one adviser delegate.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:  To prevent problems in registration, please double-check your entries.  Check all appropriate items and submit ONE form of payment to cover the total cost of all fees for your chapter.
