Region 10 STAR Events will be held January 23, 2026 at Missouri State University Student Union in Springfield, MO.  The alternate date is  January 30, 2026 at the same location.  The Baking & Pastry competition will be held on January 15, 2026 at Ozark High School Innovation Center in Ozark, MO.  The Culinary Arts competition will be held on January 16, 2026 at Ozark High School Innovation Center in Ozark, MO.  Make up dates for Baking & Pastry is January 28, 2026 and the make up date for Culinary Arts is January 29, 2026.

The Registration Deadline is December 1, 2025. No refunds, so wait to submit until you are confident of the registration material.  Student and adult volunteers are likely needed and will be requested by email from your Region Coordinator.  If requested, this expectation needs to be met for your students to be eligible.  These names will not go in the registration.  This will all be done through an email with your Region Coordinator.
