Fall Leadership Training – Session 1 – October 20-21, 2025 As the Chapter Adviser, I acknowledge that by submitting this registration, I agree to full payment for events and items for which my chapter registers. I understand that payment is due immediately upon submission, and that failure to remit payment will result in my chapter being restricted from participating in future events until the outstanding balance is resolved. I also acknowledge that all registrations are final and non-refundable. Please do not proceed with registration unless you are certain of your chapter’s attendance, as payment by check is required immediately following submission.
