Welcome to the Space City TSA Annual Regional Conference Online Registration Center

The in person regional conference will be held at Clear Springs High School in League City (501 Palomino Lane), TX (the same place as last year) in February 13 - 14, 2026.

• Regional Rules Modifications - Due to limits in time and resources events may have modifications to the National and State rules.  Failure to follow the modification rules may result in an entry not being judged or advancing. We will also go over all modifications at the January and February Regional Meetings.

JudgePro Upload Links  -  Most events have an upload requirement, be sure to log in and upload by the deadline so the work can be judged.

All students competing MUST be on your National Student Roster by November 28, 2025 to be eligible to compete.  To compete in an event, the student must be registered for that event.  You will be asked to select a team captain for each team event. Student registration will allow students to register up to 5 events.  Any additional events will be $3 extra per event.  You will add that on as an extra product and need to fill in a form indicating what event needs to be added to that student's registration.

VEX Robotics

VEX teams will need to have 1.) a TSA VEX Team Number and 2.) a VEX VRC/IQ Team Number registered through robotevents.com. It can be these same number but it HAS to be registered through BOTH categories! 3.) Teams MUST complete the form in the Texas Rulebook AND be registered for this conference to be able toto be in the running to compete at State - The limit is 2 Teams per Chapter. 

Any VEX scores entered after 2/15/26 will not be looked at for state determination!

Important Dates

December 1 - December 12 --> Regional Registration

January --> Presubmissions

January 14, 2026 --> Regional Meeting 6:30 pm @ Clear Springs High School in League City, Tx – Strongly encourage mandatory attendance as this is where we will train you on how to register for regionals and upload your entries.  Each school MUST have a representative at this meeting.  You need to attend this training so that you know what to do.

November 28, 2025  – HARD DEADLINE - All students MUST be affiliated with your chapter in the National (tsaweb.org) database.  Any student added after this date is ineligible to compete. 

  – Chapters must be registered for regionals

 – Verification sheets will be sent to advisors to do a last check on entries 

 - Pre Uploads opens

 – All projects will need to be uploaded to the conference – details about what should be uploaded for each event will be presented at the January meeting – come to it!!!

January 2026 --> Presubmission Judging

Februay 13-14, 2026 --> Regional Competition @ Shadow Creek High School in League City 

February 25, 2026 --> SCTSA Post-Regional Meeting at Spring Creek BBQ 

         (Strongly encourage mandatory attendance.  Each school MUST have a representative at this meeting.)

Mid-February   -->    State Contest Registration opens

March 5, 2026 --> SCTSA Advisor Zoom Meeting

March 9, 2026 --> Registration Deadline for Texas TSA STATE Conference

April 9-11 --> Texas TSA State Conference in Ft. Worth, TX

May  --> SCTSA Important Informational Meeting (Zoom) - Last meeting for this school year PLUS 26-27 Officer Elections

Jun 22 - 26, 2026 --> National TSA Conference in Washington, DC!
