Key Dates

• Registration Opens: November 17, 2025

• Registration Closes: December 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

• Housing & Registration Payments Due: January 16, 2026 (hard deadline)

  • If a check cannot be received by this date, payment must be made digitally.

  • This deadline is set by the hotel and cannot be extended.

Competition Details

• Each student may register for up to two (2) competitive events total — any combination of:

  • 1 team + 1 individual

  • 2 individual events

  • 2 team events

• Open events do not count toward this limit and may be entered freely.

Registration Reminders

• Select a meal option and t-shirt size for each delegate.

• List any dietary restrictions for each delegate.

• Hotel room modifications must be submitted to dalexander@flbpa.org after registration is complete.

• Competition changes can be made until registration closes; after that, email updates to dalexander@flbpa.org.
