Quick Notes

• Registration Open: November 17, 2025
• Registration Closes: December 19, 2025 @ 5 PM
• Housing & Registration Payment Due: January 16, 2026 (Hard Deadline)

If you are unable to ensure a check will be received by January 16th you will need to utilize paying digitally. This deadline is set by the hotel and has no flexibility

• Students are allowed to register for only (2) judged/non-judged events in the combination of (1 team+1 individual), (2 Individuals), (2 teams)

• Please make sure that a meal selection is made for each conference delegate. Meal selection is mandatory.
• Make sure that t-shirt size is selected
• Ensure that any dietary restrictions are listed by each delegate
• Any hotel room modifications must be submitted to dalexander@flbpa.org after submitting registration.
• All competition modifications can be made until the closing of registration and then must be sent to dalexander@flbpa.org
