Important Dates & Deadlines

January 12, 2023:  SLC Registration Opens

January 27, 2023:  SLC Registration Closes

February 1 – 17, 2023:  State SLC Online Testing

February 17, 2023:  BPA online submission of events due by 5:00 PM

February 23, 2023:  Middle Level Competition Day – Stillwater

March 6-8, 2023:  State Leadership Conference – Tulsa

Registration Information

Registration cost for 2023 SLC is $70 per member and advisor. Mid-Level member registration is $40 per member.

The deadline for registration fee refunds is February 2, 2023 – NO REFUNDS will be given to anyone who has already participated in SLC 2023 events including online testing before or after the refund deadline.

Invoices may be printed from the online registration system.

Registration is tied to BPA’s paid membership roster, so participants must be registered members of BPA prior to registering for State Leadership Conference.

2023 SLC Events:

A student can compete in up to two events with one of those being a team event.

Torch, Open Events, National Virtual Events, and the Merit Scholar Test do NOT count towards the two event maximum.

Invoicing & POs

Invoices may be printed from the online registration system. There is an option for split invoices.

Registration is tied to BPA’s paid membership roster, so participants must be registered members of BPA prior to registering for State Leadership Conference.

Registration must be completed online between January 12 and January 27, 2023. There will be NO substitutions or changes to registration after registration closes. Please try not to wait until the last day to register your members. There will be no extension of registration deadline due to weather-related issues.
