2026 Educators Rising New Mexico State Conference

GET READY, RISING EDUCATORS!

Our 11th annual state conference is taking place February 26-28, 2026 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Competitions will be awarded 1st-5th place to young competitors across the state who successfully demonstrate education career skillsets to a panel of judges from the field. This year, individual, duo, or team competitors will be required to qualify to attend any national competition by score. That means they must score 80% or higher on the rubrics used for scoring in order to move forward to nationals.

The state conference is open to active chapters of teachers and students across New Mexico who have completed their state registration. National registration is required for students to compete. Students who compete and qualify, are eligible to attend as a competitor at the national conference happening in Portland, Oregon in June 2026.
