Welcome to registration for the FCCLA Industry Immersion at Kansas City Sports Day, you will need an emergency contact name and number and any allergies or physical needs for each attendee you are registering on your forms that you will carry with you at all time..  You will also need to submit the chapter assurance form prior to being able to finalize your registration (this is done on Missouri FCCLA website under join/affiliation--very bottom of the page).  This form is signed by adviser and administration and confirms the adviser will have with them at all times the DESE Release Form for all attendees.

All tickets will be distributed on the date of the event.  Look to your state adviser for this information as well as any other needed information for the days events closer to the event date.
