Why do we have a new registration system?
- Previously, NC FCCLA and National FCCLA were combined. In 2025, we have separated all state level events (Fall Leadership, Culinary, and State Leadership Conference) from National FCCLA.
What does that mean for you?
- You will now use this registration site for all state level registrations. You will still affiliate through the portal and use the portal to register for National level events (Capital Leadership, Leadership Academy, Chapter Adviser Summit, National Leadership Conference, etc.). Every state level event will have it's own registration link on our website when registration opens for the event. You will no longer use the National FCCLA portal to register for state level events.
What does this mean for payments?
- All events registered through the National portal will be sent to National FCCLA (as you have done in the past). All events registered through the NC FCCLA registration site(s) will need to be paid directly to NC FCCLA. Please ensure your accountant has updated the W9 for these payments. If you need a copy you can find one on our Adviser Resources web page on the NC FCCLA website, or linked herein (NC FCCLA W9).
What happens after I register?
- You'll receive a confirmation and payment invoice immediately.
Do I pay from the confirmation invoice?
- Yes, if you are paying by check you can use the confirmation invoice to make the payment. If you would prefer to pay by credit card, you must follow the instructions on your confirmation email to request a link be sent to you.
