First click on the Registration Button on the left side of the screen. 

  • Then you will log in using the email address that Kiwanis has on file for you.
  • Your password is Pwrd1234
  • Then you will be instructed to change your password on the Verification Page (that you will only have to do once).
  • Review your club information and make any necessary corrections

Next, you will enter names and info for all attending members (including yourself). 

  • Be sure to have their member ID numbers handy. 
  • If you have a NEW member that has not been assigned an ID# yet, enter 000000.
  • Do NOT enter any INDB member that you have in your club.  We will take care of that.

In the "special needs" box, please list anything that would make your conference more enjoyable (Names of students with food allergies - and what those allergies or restrictions are - and/or medical needs, and students with disabilities that may need extra assistance or floorplans.)  You may also inform us if there are students who use nicknames (ex: Robert likes to be called Bobby) so that their name tags are correct.

When you are entering HOUSING...

  • You will be asked if the student is staying in a Female or Male room.  You must assign this.
  • Then you will be asked a Room #.  For example, you already know who wants to stay with whom.  And you already know how many rooms you will need so....
  • You'll see that the drop down has a whole bunch of numbers.  Those numbers are the "Room Numbers."  For example, if you were registering Susie, Maggie and Madison in a female room and they were all wanting to stay in the same room, then you would click "1" for each of them.  Then Max, Bobby, and Lou would registered in a male room and they are all wanting to stay together, so you would click "2" for each of them.  SO THEN... the girls would be in the first assigned room together and boys with be in your second assigned room.  Trust.  It will make sense.

Your invoice will be complete when you have finished the housing.  Print it and mail it in with ONE check.  The remit address is on the invoice. WE MUST RECEIVE THIS BY FEB 7.  We cannot confirm your attendance if we don't have your payment.
