Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Q: What are your prices?
A: Please click here for a list of our prices.

  2. Q: Will we need internet access to connect to your system when at our state conference?
A: There is no need for internet access at the conference. The registration information collected online is down loaded to our Windows Conference Management System (CMS) at the close of your registration. The CMS is then used at the conference to manage everything you'll need.

  3. Q: Our state holds separate conferences for each division, can the DLG registration system keep these conferences separately?
A: Yes, we can create separate conferences that you manage individually. It is really very easy to do and easy to handle. We can create as many as you want.  One for each division.

  4. Q: Does the registration system send an automated email confirmation?
A: Yes, an automated e-mail goes out to the state advisor (or whoever you designate), as well as the local advisor. This e-mail contains a list of those registered for the conference as well as all of the events and other information.

  5. Q: How do you handle support?
A: We are available via phone or e-mail at almost any time.  During your conference, we usually make special arrangements to make sure someone is available, in case something urgent comes up.
We also offer training via a phone conference and/or remote control software if you wish.  We also have various summary documents and manuals located in our help menu to guide you through the process.
We can also make special arrangements to be at your conference if you request that.

  6. Q: Our organization only has a few members, will that affect your ability to provide service for our organization?
A: No, we currently service organizations and states that have several thousand members, and some that have less than a hundred. Both are treated with the same level of support and service.

  7. Q: How do you provide the winners' list?  Will it be in Excel?  The winners list will need to be posted on our website and it is usually done in Excel.
A: There are various formats for the winners list.  You can export all results to a .CSV file (excel), then do what you want with it.  You can also save it as a .PDF file, or an .XML file (web), or a .RTF file. Posting is not a problem.
