Registration for the 2025-2026 Manatee West Coast Regional Conference will open November 1, 2025 

When: February 7. 2026  at 7:30 am 

Where: Parrish Community High School 

What is included: Conference PIN, Lunch 

Cost: TBD 

 Please make checks payable to the Manatee Education Foundation and mail them to the Professional Support Center, Attn: ACT/ Christy Clark, 2501 63rd Ave E., Bradenton, FL 34203. Include the invoice with your payment. Manatee County Schools may send your invoice and payment through the interoffice courier. 

If you'd like to pay with a credit card, use the instructions in the packet. Registration fees are non-refundable. 

 Payments can be made by visiting www.mefinfo.org and clicking on the Give page.In the dropdown box, choose TSA Districts. You will be able to pay using that portal. The last day for payment is December 19, 2025  Payment not received by the due date will result in your disqualification. 

Registration closing: 11/28/25  Late registration is not accepted.
